Class B Felony VF 1008 Possession of a Stolen Vehicle







Following a suggestion from Sergeant Max Tier of BCSO, it was agreed to enter a new Class B Felony in the Penal code.

VF 1008 – Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – This comes with a $150 fine and 10 month jail time

“A person who posseses or operates a stolen vehicle.”
