Following a suggestion from Officer Bucky of the LSPD it was agreed to enter a new Citation in the Penal code.

GC 1005 Littering – this comes with a $50 fine.

“The willful or negligent throwing, dropping, placing, depositing, or sweeping, or causing any such acts, of any waste matter on land or water in other than appropriate storage containers or areas designated for such purposes.”
